Job Duties
Design, deploy, study, monitor, and maintain IAM (Identity and Access Management) tools and solutions. Guide, support, and assist development and application teams to implement and integrate their applications with the technologies for SSO (single sign-on) and provisioning. Design and implement a standard approach to support continuous delivery and continuous integration of IAM and SSO solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions. Ensure service-level agreements are met with business-as-usual activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket management, and support of numerous third-party products, in-house developed applications, and various SSO and LDAP technologies for application SSO, user security and access management, and automated provisioning. Migrate technologies to new infrastructure, platforms, and operating systems as well as upgrade technologies on existing infrastructure. Build, install, and configure new products and applications from third parties and in-house development teams. Design and implement full automation of tasks through DevOps tooling and scripting. Develop and create standard approach and best practices to create and maintain automated processes for the SSO integrations of applications, upgrades of the IAM products, vulnerability fixes, etc. Develop and architect customized solutions and provide technical support to the business and technical teams. Research, engineer, develop, test, and integrate new products and solutions for IAM and SSO. Provide front-line technical support for IAM and SSO of critical online and mobile applications. Use of SiteMinder, CyberArk, SailPoint, Axway Gateway, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
Requirements
This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Production Specialist, Systems Administrator, Web Administrator, or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with SSO (single sign-on), SiteMinder, and WebSphere Application Server. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
